By using aimenu.ge you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before using the service.

General terms

This document is a legally binding agreement between the user and Telos LLC (identification number 405735879).

By using the platform, the user confirms they have fully read and agree to these terms.

Service description

aimenu.ge is an online platform that lets users search for and reserve tables at restaurants, browse menus and prices, place pre-orders and payments, and receive booking confirmations by email or SMS.

The platform acts as a technological intermediary between the user and partner restaurants and is not responsible for the service delivered by the restaurant.

User obligations

When making a reservation or placing an order, the user is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

In the event of improper or abusive use, the user's access to the service may be suspended.

Order and payment terms

All menu orders require advance payment. Payments are processed through secure providers (Bank of Georgia, Flitt); the platform does not store card data.

When a menu order is placed, the amount is temporarily held by the payment provider and is captured only after the order is confirmed, or released if the booking is not confirmed.

An order or reservation is considered confirmed when the platform displays the final booking page with the corresponding status, or when the user receives an official notification confirming the order.

Cancellation and refund

Reservations can be cancelled only through the platform, under the following conditions:

• Cancellation 24 or more hours before the reservation: 95% of the paid amount is refunded.

• Cancellation 4 or more hours before the reservation: 80% of the paid amount is refunded.

• Cancellation less than 4 hours before the reservation: no refund.

The cancellation date and time is the moment the user officially notifies the platform of the cancellation.

The user agrees that, when cancelling less than 4 hours before the reservation, the paid amount will not be refunded, and confirms they were informed of this condition in advance — they may not raise any claim against the platform in connection with non-refund, even if the restaurant fails to perform the service fully or partially. The platform is only a technological intermediary and is not liable for the restaurant's performance.

Additional terms

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the booking.

The platform is not liable where cancellation or refund could not be completed due to the user's own fault.

The cancellation date and time are determined by the time recorded in the system.

Limitation of liability

The platform is not responsible for the quality or performance of the service, except where the defect is caused by the platform's own fault.

If the user is late or fails to arrive, no refund is issued.

Personal data protection

User data is processed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

Data is used solely for providing the service, communication, and improving the platform.

The user agrees that the platform may send informational messages, advertisements, and special offers via SMS or other communication channels.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Georgia.
